Once we have spoken and you have verbally agreed to let us work your claim, we will set up a time for a local notary to meet you. Together with the notary you will sign some paperwork allowing us to get started on the claims process. The notary will overnight the documents back to our office.
Most importantly: our organization works on a contingency basis. This means that we're paid ONLY if we are successful collecting your claim. If the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing. There are NO out-of-pocket expenses to you, and we cover all expenses related to the claim until it is paid.
